Being a therapist is more than being clinically competent. It's also about having a vision of your career development, managing workload and navigating ethical dilemmas within the industry. In our supervision, I will hold a safe space for us to explore moral conflicts and to help you develop professionally so you can become the therapist you want to be.
Career development supervision
After completing my studies, I felt overwhelmed with the idea of starting a new career. Having career development supervision with Crystal has helped to keep me grounded. Her insight on areas such as applying for funding, creating pilot projects and starting a private practice has been invaluable. This has given me a new sense of confidence in proceeding with my future.
Crystal’s compassion and insight have helped greatly to develop my confidence, particularly as a newly qualified music therapist. I appreciate her sensitive approach, alongside all of the valuable, practical guidance she has to offer. She never hesitates to share her knowledge or resources! Crystal’s support has been empowering, and I am very grateful for finding her as my supervisor.
